Police arrested a man on DWI charges in November after the man allegedly fled his vehicle after being involved in an auto accident in Long Island, NY.

According to police reports, law enforcement officers arrived at the scene of a three-car accident on Merrick Road at approximately 11:40 p.m. on Thursday, November, 17th.

Witnesses reportedly told police that a male wearing a black sweatshirt with had fled the scene of the accident on foot. The suspect was eventually arrested and charged with DWI, as well as leaving the scene of an accident.

Woman Arrested For Drunk Driving (Leandra’s Law) In East Meadow, NY With 4 Children In Vehicle

A Bronx woman was arrested in November for allegedly driving while intoxicated with four children in her vehicle.

According to reports from the Nassau County Police Department, the woman was driving in East Meadow, NY at approximately 3:20 a.m. on Saturday, November 12th, when she was pulled over for driving without her headlights on.

The Nassau County Highway Patrol Officer who pulled over the woman noticed that she showed signs of intoxication. The woman was ultimately arrested and taken into custody for booking.

She was charged with four counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a child under 15, four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Driving While Intoxicated, and several other traffic violations.

Woman Arrested For Drunk Driving After Speeding Over 90mph In Wrong Direction On Long Island Expressway

A woman was arrested for drunk driving and several other charges in November after being pulled over for speeding down the wrong way of the Long Island Expressway.

According to reports, the 30-year-old woman was traveling westbound in the eastbound HOV lane of the Long Island Expressway at about 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 10th.

A Deputy Sheriff spotted the wrong-way driver and quickly pursued her vehicle. The woman was eventually pulled over and arrested on the scene.

She is charged with DWI, reckless endangerment and several other traffic-related violations.

Woman Arrested For Driving While Intoxicated In Westchester County

A woman was recently arrested on DWI charges after being pulled over for speeding in Westchester County, New York. According to reports, State Police stopped a vehicle in Somers, NY on November 18th for speeding.

During the stop, police officers suspected that the driver was intoxicated and administered a breath test to determine BAC levels. The breath tests allegedly yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.16%, which is well over the legal limit of 0.08% in the State of New York.

The driver was ultimately arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was scheduled to appear in the Town of Somers Court in December.

Man Arrested For Drunk Driving In Hawthorne, NY

New York State Police arrested a driver on suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated in Hawthorne, NY after stopping his vehicle on the Sprain Brook Parkway.

According to reports, a 65-year-old man was arrested for DWI after being stopped on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Hawthorne, NY on Saturday, November, 19th.

Police reports show that the man submitted to breath tests which allegedly showed that he had a BAC of 0.15%.

The man – a resident of Washingtonville, NY – was scheduled to appear in the Town of Greenburgh Court later in the month to face the charges.
